This is my Christmas tradition. Other people like to watch "Die Hard" every
year for Christmas. I watch "Night Train". It would have been best to start
watching it later in the evening. The film starts some time in the evening on
December 24th and ends early on Christmas Day. I was impatient and had to
start earlier.
The conductor starts his work on the train surrounded by gaudy Christmas
lights. He ends it dying in the snow.
It's 2:12 am. First he checks the time, then he spends his last seconds
looking at his wife.
It's a wonderful film, despite a few clumsy editing errors in a couple of scenes.
I ignore them as best I can.
