Dave and Jack are two men who wake up in their house one day and realise they're dead. No explanation is given as to who they are, why they live together or how they died, but from their old fashioned clothing and attitude we get the impression that they are gangsters who have been dead for a long time, but have only just been stirred by events in the house. The house has been sold and new tenants are moving in. They decide to haunt the house in order to scare the new tenants and drive them out. But it isn't as easy as it seems.
This film has nothing to do with the film "Blue Angel". The packaging is abysmal; the DVD cover has a photo of Asia Carrera, who appeared in "Blue Angel" but not in this film. The idea behind the film is interesting, but it's poorly acted. Don't waste your time with it.
