Kacy Anne Hill Gallery

This is a gallery containing all the photos of Kacy Anne Hill wearing a thong that were present on the American Apparel site last week, but have now been removed due to a complaint from the UK's Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). My reason for posting these images is simple: I am opposed to Internet censorship in all its forms. If you like these photos please download and share them. All 40 photos are available in two sizes:

        * Small (560 x 750 pixels)
        * Large (1035 x 1380 pixels)

This page displays the small images. Clicking on an image displays the large version.

This is the image that prompted the ASA's action, and it was the first to be removed from American Apparel's web site. It was claimed that American Apparel was sexualising children by publishing a photo of a child in a thong and a sexy pose. Even when it was proved that the model is 20 the ASA wasn't satisfied. They said that the model looks like she's under 16, so the photo shouldn't be used. This is utterly amazing prejudice against women who look young.

The following images were removed from American Apparel's web site shortly afterwards, since they portray Kacy Anne Hill in similar outfits.

These photos of Kacy Anne Hill in leggings were also among the first images to be removed from the site.

The rest of the photos were removed over the following five days. The original complaint from the ASA was made on March 18th, and by March 23rd all the photos of Kacy Anne Hill were removed from American Apparel's web site.

Yes, I know all of the following pictures are very similar, but I want to offer a complete overview of what has been removed from American Apparel's web site as a result of the ASA's censorship.

I hope you enjoy these photos. Please download and share them. All I ask in return is that you leave a comment saying "Thank You".

    1. Yes. I downloaded it on the day I read the news. It was probably on the American Apparel web site for weeks, but nobody bothered with it until it was in the news. A few days ago I checked and it wasn't anywhere on the web, except for my blog. A few minutes ago I checked again and found it on two other sites. Either they copied it from me, or like me they were fast enough to download it early on March 18th. Wait a few weeks and the photo will be everywhere.

    1. Thanks, but it's not necessary. I downloaded all of her pictures from the site last week, but I've only published the ones responsible for the controversy leading to the censorship. While browsing the web I've seen other pictures of Kacy that are obviously from American Apparel, but are no longer on the site. Probably last year's fashion? For me it's not about making a page with pictures of a pretty girl. There are other people who do that better than me. This is just my personal stand against Internet censorship.
