A light evening's viewing. Entertaining but forgettable. Tony and Dragos are two friends who grow up in London. Tony moves to America and becomes an action movie star. Dragos remains in London and becomes a gangster. Once a year Dragos holds a beauty contest, Miss Fashion and Cosmetics, to which his friend Tony is regularly invited to sit on the judges' panel. The only condition is that Tony should not get involved with any of the girls, since the respectability of the contest should be above reproach. But this year Tony falls in love with the favorite to win the contest.
