This is the 12th and last film made by Andy Sidaris. It's also the third film that he made with Julie K. Smith as Cobra. This time she at least made it onto the film's poster and DVD box.
Rodrigo Obregon returns once more, this time as the villain Rodrigo Martinez. It's hard to keep up with him playing a different bad guy in every film. Rodrigo has inside information that a solid gold Buddha was stolen from the Phillipines by Japanese soldiers during the Second World War. This Buddha was hidden on a remote Pacific island. By coincidence this is the same island where two L.E.T.H.A.L. agents had crash landed ten years previously, in Andy's 4th film, "Savage Beach".

A few words about the other Julie in the film, Julie Strain. In every scene she towers over her fellow actors. As a comparison, Marcus Bagwell, on the right in the above picture, is six foot tall. Julie Strain is 6'1½" -- don't forget the extra half inch! -- and usually wears shoes with heels at least six inches high. Add on her fluffy hair, and she can be as tall as 6'9". In the 1990's and 2000's she was considered to be the "Queen of B-Films". She says she's retired now. I hope she changes her mind. Julie Strain starred as various characters in the last five of Andy Sidaris' films.
