The word of the day is YORK.
This is an interesting word. As far as I can remember, it's the first time
a place name has been used as the word of the day.
The price of bus tickets went up on July 3rd.
They now cost £4.50. See the small print at the bottom of the ticket.
I've been accused of using my Word of the Day posts as an excuse for posting
photos of Alika White. That's only half true. I would have made the posts
without her, but they would have been boring if I'd only posted a photo of the
bus ticket and nothing else.
